With 46 tiny house units, case management services, kitchen, laundry, and restroom/shower facilities Georgetown Village provides emergency shelter for individuals and couples experiencing homelessness and their pets.
Interbay Village has 76 tiny house units (with its recent expansion and remodel). A coalition of churches in Magnolia and Queen Anne neighborhood supports the village with donations of food.
Maple Leaf Village opened in November 2023. The village consists of 40 8' by 12' heated and insulated tiny house units, staff offices, and kitchen, laundry, and hygiene facilities.
