Village at 6th and Orchard

Through our partnership with First Christina Church of Tacoma, and the City of Tacoma this shelter is open to individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness. 6th and Orchard Village has 39 tiny houses; a community kitchen, a hygiene trailer with restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, staff offices, and a security pavilion. There is 24/7 staffing and case management on-site to help the program participants we serve obtain housing, employment, health care, education, and other services. Referrals come through the City of Tacoma’s HOT Team and the First Christian Church of Tacoma.
