Church By the Side of the Road Village

After years of advocacy from the congregation of Church By the Side of the Road, this village opened in early 2026 on church-owned land. Church By the Side of the Road Village is the first family village in King County, and features 40 tiny houses along with a laundry room, hygiene facilities, a community kitchen, and community spaces. The village has 24/7 staffing, and there is case management onsite to help the program participants we serve obtain housing, employment, healthcare, education, and other services.
