Kingfisher Village

Kingfisher Village opened in July 2025 in partnership with the City of Tacoma and Washington State. The village consists of 60 8' x 12' heated, cooled, and insulated tiny house units, staff offices, and kitchen, laundry, and hygiene facilities. There is 24/7 staffing and case management onsite to help the program participants we serve obtain housing, employment, healthcare, education, and other services. The village is open to individuals and couples who are experiencing homelessness and their pets.
