It’s always inspiring to see organizations being recognized for their commitment to community and responsible housing. Projects like the Frye Hotel restoration show just how impactful good stewardship can be, especially when it comes to providing safe, stable spaces for people. As we think about the core elements of maintaining any residence — from historic buildings to modern apartments — we can’t overlook basic but essential systems like plumbing and heating. That’s where companies like here come in, offering trusted expertise that keeps homes functioning smoothly for the people who live there. Because thoughtful stewardship starts with taking care of the foundations, one pipe at a time.

LIHI’s receipt of the Stewardship Excellence Award from Historic Seattle for its restoration of the Frye Hotel is a testament to its commitment to cultural preservation. While you wait for these improvements to be completed, you can relax with Drift Boss, a fun driving game that will help you relieve stress. Both activities are fun and satisfying in their own way!

This honor is well-deserved and reflects the exceptional care and attention to detail in managing the property. It’s a testament to the overall excellence of the project, including the crucial plumbing services that ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Well done!
