what a wonderful initiative! It’s great to see that you’ve organized both a virtual and a live auction to support LIHI’s programs. The way you described the gala’s social hour, dinner, and auction items really paints a vivid and inviting picture. I’ve recently been reading about thoughtful fundraising efforts on a samedaydiplomas post, and it’s always inspiring to see how communities come together for a cause. Thank you for putting this together — I’m sure many will be interested in participating and supporting this important work.

Embarking on a 200 hour yoga teacher training in India is a transformative journey that blends ancient wisdom with modern understanding, offering students a deeply immersive experience into the roots of yoga. India, often regarded as the birthplace of yoga, provides an authentic environment where traditional teachings, spiritual practices and disciplined routines come together to shape a practitioner’s body, mind and spirit. Such a training program usually includes intensive study of asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology, enabling participants to build a strong foundation for both personal practice and professional teaching. Surrounded by serene landscapes, spiritual vibrations and experienced yoga masters, students learn not only the physical dimensions of yoga but also its subtle, energetic and philosophical aspects.…
