The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) will reopen the Section 8 waitlist for studio apartments at The Clay Apartments on March 2, 2026.

These units are reserved for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Maximum income limit: 30% Area Median Income (AMI) Current limit for an individual: $33,000

PreApplication Submission Period
In-person submissions only during the following dates and times:
 Monday, March 2, 2026 – Friday, March 6, 2026 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Preapplications will be processed in the order received.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Pre- Applications will not be accepted via mail, email or fax.
