PUBLIC NOTICE: Opening of Section 8 Waitlist

We want to inform you that the Section 8 waitlist for FRYE Apartments has closed effective 06/05/2026. The waitlist will remain closed until further notice. During this period, LIHI will not accept new pre-applications. However, our staff will continue to process applications from those already on the waitlist and will offer units as they become available. Thank you to all who participated.

Important Notes:
 Pre-applications will be processed in the order they are received.
 Incomplete pre-applications will not be accepted.
 LIHI will continue processing existing waitlist applicants and offer available units as vacancies occur.
