The Sand Point Cottage Community is located in Magnuson Park in North Seattle. The cottage community opened in the spring of 2020 and provides permanent supportive housing for families and individuals. Sand Point is comprised of 22 fully-furnished cottages with a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, loft, and porch. The community also includes a common building, community garden, outdoor recreation space, and walking paths. The cottages were built modularly off-site by students in pre-apprenticeship and vocational training programs.
