Opening of Section 8 Waitlist at the following building:

LIHI will temporarily reopen the Section 8 (2 BR) waitlist for Magnolia Villa
on October 2nd, 2025, and the waitlist will remain open until further notice.
LIHI will accept pre-Applications for this waitlist from October 2nd, 2025
either by mail, email, or in person at Magnolia Villa.
