The following documentation will need to be provided if selected for initial housing interview:
a) non-expired government issued identification
b) social security card (for all household members)
c) proof of income within 60 days of the date of application (2 months pay stubs)
d) homeless verification
e) copy of birth certificate (minors only)
f) I-94 or green card if not US citizens.
g) verification for service/companion animal, if applicable

Other Criteria/Restrictions: An application needs to be completed for each household member over the age of 18, Payment of the screening fee of $52.00 is required to proceed. Valid photo identification will be required of all applicants. Additional requested documentation or information must be provided within 72 to continue the application process. Also, we do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports at this time. Section 8 welcome.
