Vacancy is available at Jensen Block Apartments located at 1320 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109. We would like to start working on applications. We will take the first 3 applicants to begin.

Please make sure your client qualifies for the
income requirements. Make sure the household you are referring has the documents listed below, please only send pre-application.

Complete referral include:
● Complete LIHI Pre-Application with current contact information.
The following documentation will need to be provided if selected for initial housing interview:
a) non-expired government issued identification
b) social security card (for all household members)
c) proof of income within 60 days of the date of application
d) homeless verification
e) copy of birth certificate (minors only)
f) I-94 or green card if not US citizens.
g) verification for service/companion animal, if applicable

Minimum Income to qualify: 2x rental amount = $1580 (gross)

Maximum Annual Income to qualify: 1 person - $31,620, 2 people - $36,890

Other Criteria/Restrictions:
An application needs to be completed for each household member over the age of 18, Payment of the screening fee of $52.00.

Valid photo identification will be required of all applicants. Additional requested documentation or information must be provided within 72 to continue the application process. Also, we do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports at this time. Section 8 welcome.
