The Cedarwood II Apartments have 40 HUD subsidized units and primarily serve families with children under 18 with an income less than 30% AMI. Rent is set at 30% of the family’s income.
Opening of Section 8 Waitlist at the following building:

LIHI will temporarily reopen the Section 8 waitlist for Cedarwood II on May 25, 2023 and the waitlist will remain in effect until further notice.
LIHI will accept pre-applications for this waitlist from May 25, 2023 either by mail or in person.
Pre-applications will be available at either of the following locations:
1. Main LIHI office at 1253 South Jackson Street Suite A, Seattle, WA 98144 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Cedarwood II, 420 101 st Ave SE, #C11, Lake Stevens Washington 98258 Mon-Fri from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM.
Pre-applications will be processed in the order received.
Incomplete pre-applications will not be accepted.
Although LIHI will take new pre-applications during this time, LIHI staff will continue to process applicants who are currently on the waitlist and will offer units as vacancies occur.
