PUBLIC NOTICE

Opening of Section 8 Waitlist at the following building:

Cedar Heights
Effective on May 28th, 2024

LIHI will temporarily reopen the Section 8 waitlist for Cedar Heights on May 28th, 2024 and the waitlist
will remain in effect until further notice.

LIHI will accept pre-applications for this waitlist from May 28th, 2024 either by mail or in person.

Pre-
applications will be available at either of the following locations:
1. Main LIHI office at 1253 S Jackson St Suite A, Seattle Washington 98144

2. Cedar Heights, 1253 S Jackson Suite, Port Orchard Washington 98337 Mon-Thu from 9:00 AM
to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Pre-applications will be processed in the order received. Incomplete pre-applications will not be
accepted.

Although LIHI will take new pre-applications during this time, LIHI staff will continue to process
applicants who are currently on the waitlist and will offer units as vacancies occur.
