We are accepting Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), but no other vouchers at this time. We would like to start working on applications. We will take the first 3 applicants to begin.

Abbey Lincoln Court features 68 units, including studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses in a 6 story building in Seattle’s Central Area. Targeting those making 50%-60% of area median income, Abbey Lincoln Court sits adjacent to Ernestine Anderson Place, another property of the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) that serves low income seniors. The project honors Abbey Lincoln, American jazz vocalist, songwriter, actress, and civil rights activist.

Abbey Lincoln Court is built Green and meets the Washington State Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard. The building will have green features such as water-conserving fixtures and an enhanced building envelope design.
