In partnership with the cities of Lacey, Olympia, Turnwater, and Thurston County, Maple Court was converted from a Days Inn and opened as an enhanced shelter in 2023. The property has 100 units which shelter individuals and couples who are experiencing homelessness and their pets. Maple Court features 24/7 staffing, case management, a resource room, a community gathering space, and kitchen and laundry facilities. One hot meal is served daily, and the units are fully furnished. The property is located in a connected area right off of I-5, which gives clients convenient access to multiple transit options and shopping, recreation, and employment opportunities.
