Referrals will be screened in the order received. Please make sure your client qualifies for the income requirements. Make sure the household you are referring to has the documents listed below, please only send pre-application.

The following documentation will need to be provided if selected for initial housing interview:
a) non-expired government issued identification
b) social security card (for all household members)
c) proof of income within 60 days of the date of application
d) homeless verification
e) copy of birth certificate (minors only)
f) I-94 or green card if not US citizens.
g) verification for service/companion animal, if applicable

Minimum Annual income you must make at least $27,912/yr ($2,326.00 per month) to qualify for this unit:
Maximum Annual Income you can make to qualify for this unit: 1 person–$47,950 /yr; 2 people–$54,800/ yr

Other Criteria/Restrictions: An application needs to be completed for each household member over the age of 18, Payment of the screening fee of $52.00 is required to proceed.
