LIHI staff, boardmembers and friends recently came together in a toy and gift drive to bring presents to tiny house and asylum-seeker families. The wishlists dangled temptingly from the Giving Tree in our office for donors to choose from. Presents were donated to dozens of families staying in LIHI villages and shelters.

A great way you can help our homeless clients is with
donations of food, clothing, toiletries, and gift cards
New or Gently used Winter items: sweaters, sweatpants, gloves, coats and jackets, scarves, hats and hand warmers.
Shelf-stable food items: individually packaged snacks, soda, cans of soup and beans, pasta, peanut butter, mac and cheese cups, ramen noodles and more.
New toiletry items for welcome kits (for people moving into both shelter and housing): shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body soap, shaving cream, deodorant, razors, towels and more.
Children's items: school supplies, kid's winter clothes, diapers, art supplies, games, and toys.
